Elliot describes himself as a chameleon – a creative individual that is able to adapt into an ecosystem that is not always known to him yet is able to maximise the opportunities.
Having worked across Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Barcelona, Elliot has a natural talent of working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds to enable them to thrive in their own unique environment. One of his passions is about helping people to be at their best through knocking down barriers that they perceive.
The environment that Elliot has found himself working in starts in more traditional structured settings within central government to front line manufacturing environments that have been highly regulated within the aviation sector. However financial services is where Elliot has really maximised his talents from a global bank focusing on global banking and markets to retail banking and the COO function. He has then evolved into working with a fintech company based in Central Europe expanding its client base and products from retail, crypto and unsecured lending as it scales up for a potential IPO.
In each corner of the world and the various sectors he has been involved in, Elliot always takes a helicopter view around key aspects that motivates people before rolling up his sleeves and getting to creating people strategies, implementing talent management practices and at his core – enabling other people to succeed through structured career development.
